Rail Road Days Dog Show!

During this week our community is having a carnival, Rail Road Days.  There is normally your usual Carnival activities.  The games, rides, yummy foods (usually everything deep fried you'd avoid on a daily basis). 

There's different bands that play each night, stands, booths, and stalls from all over the community, and baby shows!

This year there was a DOG SHOW! Proceeds went to benefit the local animal shelter and to benefit the HOUNDS Training Program.

There was quite the turn out! Around $400 was raised from what I was told, and that is absolutely amazing!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who came out today to enter your dog into the dog show!

Elsie won "Best Tail Wag"  Look at that happy dog!

Roy also won "Most Appealing Eyes"  He was certainly
a gorgeous pup!

Cedar Pie (AKA Caesar) won "Cutest Puppy" In the kids category

Cocoa, won "Most Disobedient" (She successfully managed to
tangle her leash and the dog next to her, leashes around herself and her owner during
the category LOL)

This cute fluffy pup won "Most Behaved" in the kids category. 

This adorable little pup won "Best Dressed" with her equally best dressed
human.  They look sharp in their pink dresses. 

Way to go and congrats to all of the contestants in the Dog Show! Great job! I am so glad I wasn't one of the judges, choosing a winner would have been very difficult.  They were all certainly winners that's for sure.
